Facade Manager Location: London Temporary – Permanent Salary – Negotiable Key requirements • Certifications • SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme) • First Aid • CSCS Shift patterns: 8am until 6pm – Monday to Friday Responsibilities • Oversee all stages of the facade package • Conduct Health & Safety inspections, site assessments and audits • Monitor project progress to meet deadlines • Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders. • Overseeing site operations • Overseeing and implementing designs and plans • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality Skills and Competences • Strong Leadership and organizational skills • Excellent Health & Safety • Good communication skills
