My client is one of the UKs leading residential developers and we are assisting them with their search for a Facade Lead (Senior Site Manager). The role will involve overseeing the full external envelope with an emphasis on the facade, with a Site Manager reporting into you. The project is entering its third phase, with the development itself consisting of 1,800 units. The third phase is circa 400 units.
In order to apply, you must be well versed within facades and able to lead the external envelope on a project of this calibre, as well as having an up to date CSCS card, First aid and SMSTS.
