The Requirements:

  • Excellent academics (degree preferred)
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive
  • International outlook and interest in current affairs
  • Track record of high achievement
  • Confident and professional communication (written and verbal)
  • B2B phone sales experience (desirable)
  • Experience using Salesforce (desirable)

The Role:

  • Use telephone and email to convert leads into paid attendees
  • Follow up new business leads and enquiries
  • Identify and account manage past multi-buyers and key customers
  • Build, operate, and maintain the sales database
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, research, and operations teams
