Energy Sales Representative Location: Northampton Salary: £26,000-£30,000 per year plus uncapped commission Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm About Us: We are partnering with a leading energy broker. The business has a great reputation for helping businesses and households save on their energy costs by finding the best energy deals. With years of expertise and a customer-centric approach, the company is expanding the team and looking for a motivated Energy Sales Representative to join the team. Key Responsibilities of the Energy Sales Representative: * Make outbound calls to potential customers, educating them about the benefits of switching energy providers and how we can save them money. * Use existing data and warm leads to generate new business. * Conduct needs assessments and recommend suitable energy packages. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. * Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. * Update and maintain accurate customer information and records. * Stay up to date on industry trends, energy pricing, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads to close sales. Requirements: * Proven telesales or customer service experience within an Energy Brokerage or other Energy Sales role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize leads. * A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of the energy market is a plus but not mandatory.
