ER Advisor – Warwick – HR Hybrid Working

As an ER Advisor based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, managing a number of complex cases at any one time, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence and attendance, bullying and harassment, whistleblowing and appeals
  • Providing comprehensive advice to managers on a wide range of ER matters
  • Providing advice and information to line managers and employees in relation to all HR policy and procedures ensuring consistency of application throughout the business
  • Maintaining and updating employee relations records on the casework HALO ticketing system and employee files

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm. We offer flexibility around hybrid working, with two days a week from home.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous ER/Advisory experience and experience managing complex cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and long-term sickness absence
  • A strong understanding of employment law and legislative changes
  • To be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to draft appropriate, legally compliant letters and correspondence in response to ER issues
  • To be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
