Electrical Maintenance Engineer  Ilford £48,000  Our client are looking to add an experienced electrically bias maintenance engineer to one of there highly renowned contracts based in Ilford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to miss the hassle of commuting by public transport as on site there is parking provided. Our client are well known for upskilling their engineers and providing them with the potential offer of internal growth.  This role will be working within a high end residential building maintaining the landlord side of the building. The electrical maintenance engineer in this role will be expected to be able to complete both mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance.  Duties PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations 18th edition – desirably  Career driven and motivated Polite and personable Salary and Benefits £48,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8-5 Onsite parking 25 days holiday Pension package Loads of Overtime Training Great opportunity to progress internally
