Opportunity Overview
Wolviston Management Services are working with BellBridge who is seeking to engage E&I Planning services to support multiple defined CAPEX & OPEX projects on a major chemical manufacturing facility in Teesside. Delivering planning and coordination services across maintenance, defect, and shutdown work scopes in a high-hazard operational environment.
Scope of Services:
- Support the planning of maintenance, defect resolution and modifications for mini and major events
- Compilation and management of full event worklists including Job Method Sheets and job packs
- Coordination of shutdown preparations, schedules, and compliance tracking
- Ensure work activities are aligned with overall event plans and completed within agreed timescales
- Attend worklist and planning meetings with work managers and engineers
- Identify work requiring lift plans, JSAs, long-lead items, and special materials
- Estimate man-hours and interface planning across disciplines
- Develop detailed execution schedules and progress tracking tools
- Day-to-day coordination with supervisors and planning of emergent work
- Liaise with procurement, workshop, and contractors to support material flow
- Support fabrication planning and ‘bag & tag’ processes for emergent tasks
- Update planning systems with as-built data and archive all project documentation
