We are working with a successful and established renewable energy company based in the Manchester area who are looking for an ECO Operations Manager to join their team. They have been operating for 18 years and deliver a range of measures under the ECO schemes including Air & Ground Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV systems, FTCH, Roof Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, and Internal/External Wall Insulation.
The ECO Operations Manager will be responsible for their ECO projects from conception to completion. You will oversee all projects from an operational standpoint through to submission to ensure the highest quality and compliance. You will take charge of projects once they have been submitted from the Lead Generation stage, arranging technical surveys and design stages such as Heat Loss Calculations for ASHP projects. You will then book it in with the installers, put the job in motion, project manage the installation, and see the job through to completion. Holding a Retrofit Coordination qualification and being able to complete the Retrofit Coordination works would be highly advantageous.
The company is rapidly expanding, and this is a key role within the business. As the company grows, there will be opportunities for you to grow and progress with it. Their offices are based in the Stretford area; it is expected that this role would be predominantly office-based, however, there can be scope for hybrid working if necessary.
