Electronic Call Monitoring Officer Officer in domiciliary care is responsible for overseeing the use and maintenance of electronic call monitoring systems to ensure the efficient delivery of care services. These systems are used to monitor staff attendance, ensure service delivery compliance, and provide accurate records for billing and auditing purposes. Job Purpose: To manage and oversee the electronic call monitoring system, ensuring that care services are delivered efficiently, recorded accurately, and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: * System Management and Administration: * Set up and maintain accurate staff and client records within the system. * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly, liaising with the provider as needed * Support and Training: * Provide training and support to care staff on using the electronic call monitoring system. * Offer guidance and assistance to staff experiencing difficulties with the system. * Compliance and Audit: * Ensure the ECM system is used in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. * Maintain accurate records for auditing purposes and assist with inspections or investigations. * Coordination with Teams: * Work closely with care coordinators and managers to ensure schedules are correctly uploaded and monitored. * Communicate effectively with care staff regarding changes or updates to schedules and system usage. * Continuous Improvement: * Identify opportunities to improve system functionality and efficiency. * Skills and Competencies: * Strong IT and system management skills. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Qualifications and Experience: * Experience with electronic call monitoring systems in domiciliary care (e.g., CM2000, Birdie, etc.). * Understanding of CQC regulations and domiciliary care operations. * Working Conditions: * Office-based with occasional visits to care sites if required. * May include on-call duties to address system issues outside of standard working hours. * Benefits: * * 28 holidays (including bank holidays) * An additional paid day’s annual leave on your Birthday. * Company pension scheme. * Blue Light card/store discounts.
