My Client, a market leading, multidisciplinary Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, which specialises in Flood Risk, Drainage and Highways Engineering, is searching for a Drainage Engineer to join their Civils Team in Ashurst Wood. This exciting role will offer candidates the opportunity to join a friendly team of Engineers to complete Flood Risk, Environmental, Drainage and Infrastructure Projects for Residential Development Projects for Housing Developers, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients.

As a Drainage Engineer you will be required to complete technical work including:

  • Flood Risk Assessments for flood zone 1, 2 and 3.
  • Civil Engineering Design using Civils 3D.
  • Drainage Strategies for Planning Applications.
  • Residential, Drainage and Sewerage design using Microdrainage.
  • Civil Engineering design for residential developments.
  • Road and pavement design.

This role offers a competitive salary, substantial benefits package, company benefits and career progression. It is essential that applicants have a strong BSc and/or MSc in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and experience working for a Consultancy or Local Authority completing drainage strategies and drainage design using AutoCAD and Infodrainage. It is essential for applicants to reside locally and have a keen interest in detailed design. You will be expected to work from the office for training purposes and have a valid driving licence to reach the office and local sites.
