Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker – RAYLEIGH ESSEX Location: RAYLEIGH, Essex Job Type: Part-Time Salary: Competitive (based on experience and qualifications) Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Domiciliary Care Worker to support a service user in Rayleigh Essex with their daily care needs in their own home. This includes personal care, safe transfers, medication support, maintaining a clean, safe care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual handling, infection control, medication administration, must be committed to promoting dignity, independence, and high-quality care. Shift Pattern 7 Days x 1.5 hours a week in the AM – To assist with safe transfers 7 Days 30 mins a week at Lunch Time – To assist with safe transfers 7 Days 1 hours a week in the PM – To assist with safe transfers Key Responsibilities: * Assist with personal care tasks including washing, dressing, and toileting * Safe manual handling, transfers * Support with medication administration in line with care plan and policies * Maintain cleanliness of the care environment * Follow infection control procedures and wear appropriate PPE * Accurately document care provided and report any concerns promptly * Communicate effectively with the service user, their family, and the care team Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential) Benefits: * Ongoing training and development opportunities * Supportive and friendly team environment * Flexible shift patterns * Opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life
