We are looking for Domestic Ventilation Engineers to join us 5 days per week covering London, Greater London and home counties areas. This is a varied and interesting role with lots of customer liaison – the role is as much about your technical expertise and qualifications as it is about your customer service approach. You will be visiting our clients and working inside their homes, so you will be the face of our brand and play a pivotal part in creating an excellent customer experience. A passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering a high-quality job is essential.
The primary functions of the role are:
- Servicing & Maintenance of domestic ventilation systems
- Replacing internal parts within domestic ventilation systems
- Replacing whole units
- Fault Finding & Recommendations within existing domestic ventilation systems
- System Testing/Commissioning of domestic ventilation systems
We need a full clean driving license, electrical qualifications, CSCS and BPEC/NICEIC Domestic ventilation qualifications for this role. Customer Service Experience is essential. BPEC/NICEIC (domestic ventilation) desirable and or CSCS/Skill Card required.
We are a small growing business - you'll be joining a hard-working team with lots of plans for the future! Progression and skill development/training will be available.
