Domestic Energy Assessor

Job Opportunity: DEA   TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Domestic Energy Assessor to their team in Altricham Role Overview: As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will use a tablet to record the condition of various social housing properties. Your responsibilities will include: Create accurate retrofit models to improve energy efficiency in private homes. Collaborate closely with Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and Installers to ensure proposed changes align with PAS 2030:2019 standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring all project requirements and timelines are met. Provide technical expertise and solutions for energy-efficient retrofitting. Support customers through professional consultations, helping them understand and implement energy-efficient changes. Ideal Candidates: Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields Familiarity with the HHSRS system Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets) Experience in carrying out EPCs Accredited DEA through Elmhurst or ECMK.  If this job is of interest, please don’t hesitate to get in touch
