As the Director of Nursing – Homecare, your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring a team of nurses and clinical staff to provide compassionate, patient-centred care. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care. Collaborating with the executive team, clients, families, and external stakeholders for seamless service delivery. Overseeing client relationships, safeguarding, risk assessment, care plans, and packages of care. Maintaining clinical oversight and adherence to best practices and policies. Supporting clinical staff development through training and professional growth opportunities. Package and Benefits: The Director of Nursing – Homecare will receive: Annual salary of up to £90,000, depending on experience. 10% annual performance-based bonus. 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. Company EMI scheme after six months of probation.  The ideal candidate for the Director of Nursing – Homecare position will have: NMC registration as a Nurse. Experience in nurse case management or homecare, focusing on complex learning disabilities, mental health, and physical life-limiting conditions. Strong managerial skills with evidence of managing nurses on a regional scale.
