Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and performance.
- Social Media: Manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms, engaging with our audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve results.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for strategic planning.
Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 24 months of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Skills Required:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills is highly advantageous.
