Red Recruitment Group urgently seek an experienced warehouse operative / van driver for a day shift opportunity with our National Client based in Middleton, Manchester. The position will be delivering stock to client premises. Manual handling stock to and from your delivery vehicle, completion of proof of delivery paperwork and any other general warehouse related and associated duties as required.
The working hours are 08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday 08:00 - 13:00, and the position is to be engaged on a short 2 weeks temporary to permanent opportunity. Weekly paid for the temp period and then monthly paid when permanent.
The vehicle you will be driving is a long wheel based Mercedes Sprinter and the company fleet is all less than 3 years old. Drivers must hold a full clean licence with no points or convictions and be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes. Immediate interviews are available with the position available to start ASAP.
£12.21 per hour. Overtime paid when permanent after 45 hours per week at £15.26 per hour.
