Our client, a national retail Company, is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and proactive Customer Support/Sales Administrator to complement their growing team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Update clients on issues such as new products, promotional campaigns, or joint marketing programs.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that clients receive excellent customer service.
  • Carry out analysis and produce client reports on an as and when required basis.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal departments.
  • Manage customer issues by using an internal support desk system to ensure the issues are resolved in a fast and professional manner.

Previous experience of working in a client-focused environment and excellent IT skills would be an advantage. In addition, you will possess a can-do attitude towards work and good interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner. Experience with a CRM system would be beneficial but not essential as full training can be given.
