£23,500 – £24,500 – in office during your probation, then hybrid after this point

Ideally you will have your own transport to get to the office or be able to get to Huntingdon reliably with public transport.

Our client is looking to expand their brilliant team with an experienced customer service advisor. This is a great opportunity for you if you're looking for a busy job requiring your organisational, customer service and administration skills. The company boasts offices all around the UK and is very employee-focussed. The role would suit individuals from customer service or administration roles, looking to progress their careers within a supportive, sociable, team-focused company where full training and support will be given.

Main duties:
  • Answering inbound calls and emails from customers and handling all of their queries, reaching out to other departments where necessary to gain information.
  • Completing administration tasks such as organising diaries, liaising with engineers to arrange call outs and visits, and completing documentation efficiently.
  • Manage your own caseload of work, knowing where to prioritise and act on requirements.
  • Updating and maintaining the database with all customer and document information.
  • Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to.
  • Complete all relevant training for the role to get to know the business.
To be suitable for the role, you will need the following experience and skills:
  • Confident telephone manner and a helpful, positive attitude.
  • Previous administration and customer service experience preferably in a busy environment where you have to manage priorities.
  • Great organisation skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and initiative.
  • Able to deliver high standards of service.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook essential).
