Key Responsibilities Include: • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and post in a timely and professional manner. • Maintaining and producing accurate client documents. • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations during all customer interactions. • Escalating complex customer issues to management when necessary. • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team. • Updating and managing client records efficiently Experience Required for This Role: • Ideally 1 year in an office-based customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong IT proficiency • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Keen attention to detail
