Our client is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their growing team on an ongoing, temporary basis as Customer Services Representatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who excel in providing top-notch customer support, whilst looking to work night shifts.

Responsibilities in your new role as Customer Service Representative - Nights:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, directing customers to the correct department, and collecting necessary information to assist with customer queries. You'll ensure compliance is maintained and all documentation is securely stored according to GDPR regulations.
