Contract Tooling Design Engineer – Aerospace Contract Inside IR35 – Rate Negotiable We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Tooling Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team for our client who are specialists in the design, development and manufacture of bespoke tooling. Position Overview: As a Tooling Mechanical Design Engineer you will play a critical role in designing and developing innovative tooling solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful design and implementation of high-quality tools that meet our production needs. Knowledge / Experience: Degree qualified (HND minimum) in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience working with bespoke tooling. Skilled in detail design using a Catia V5 software. Experience leading projects from concept to completion, including dealing directly with customers and suppliers, although not essential.
