CNC Saw Operator/ Saw Machinist We are recruiting for a Sawyer to work for our client who are in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. THE DUTIES OF A CNC SAW OPERATOR: * Take the slab of material from stock – Quarts / Marble / Granit * Vacuum lift to machine * Programme / Set and operate CNC Saw machine * Machine cuts material holes, then remove piece to polishing table * Housekeeping and keep workspace clean and tidy ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS: * Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background * You must have industry experience of programming machines. * Ability to work alone using own initiative and be part of a team. * Ability to lift heavy materials THE HOURS: 2 shifts available: fixed days or a fixed lates Days – Monday – Thursday 5am-2.30pm Lates – Monday – Thursday 2pm – Midnight THE PAY: You will earn an hourly rate of between £17-£18 depending on experience.
