The Hurlingham Club, one of the world’s most prestigious private members' clubs, is looking for a professional and approachable Club Conduct Assistant to join our Front of House team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. Located in 42 acres of stunning grounds beside the River Thames, The Hurlingham Club has been at the heart of exclusive sport and social life since 1869.

As Club Conduct Assistant, you will support the team by upholding high standards of conduct and providing exceptional service to members and guests. This role includes working a flexible rota across weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Maintain a strong presence across the Clubhouse and grounds
  • Ensure Club rules and conduct standards are upheld
  • Tactfully manage member behaviour and escalate issues when necessary
  • Respond quickly and professionally to member concerns
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless experience

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service, ideally in a luxury or high-end setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and tactful when addressing sensitive situations
  • Organised and safety-conscious
