Job Title – Airbnb Cleaning & Operations Manager Location: Oval, London (Must live within a 10-minute walk of Oval Underground Station) Salary: £25,000 per annum + Regular Performance-Based Bonuses About the Role: We are a growing short-term rental company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and stylish Cleaner Manager to join our team. Based in the vibrant Oval area, this hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces for guests. Cleaning & Operations Manager – Responsibilities: * Daily cleaning and presentation of multiple Airbnb studio flats * Restocking essentials (toiletries, linen, etc.) and maintaining supply levels * Ensuring each unit meets high standards of cleanliness, style, and guest readiness * Reporting maintenance issues and coordinating small fixes * Managing your own schedule and improving systems for efficiency and quality * Taking initiative to improve guest satisfaction through visual and practical touches Cleaning & Operations Manager – Requirements: * You must live within a 10-minute walk of Oval Underground Station * Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for presentation * Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple units daily * Previous cleaning or hospitality experience preferred * Friendly, proactive attitude with good communication skills * Physically fit and able to move between locations on foot Cleaning & Operations Manager- What We Offer: * A full-time role with flexibility and autonomy * A starting salary of £25,000 per year * Regular bonuses based on guest satisfaction and performance * A chance to grow with an expanding company and shape the role as you go * Training and support to help you succeed If you love interiors, enjoy working independently, and want to be part of an exciting and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
