Based in Leeds, with extensive UK travel.
Our client is a growing external hoarding company covering the whole of the United Kingdom. Their client base consists of all of the market leaders in the construction industry, and therefore they carry out all works to a high level of standard and health and safety procedures.
The company is looking for professional and experienced Skilled Class 2 Drivers to work within small teams across sites all over the UK. Moffett and/or Hiab experience and training is essential to this role; however, training will be provided for the right person if required.
Applicants must:
- Possess a valid CSCS card
- Possess a valid CPC Card
- Have experience and training with Moffett M5 minimum RTITB accredited
- Have experience with a HGV Mounted crane minimum ALLMI, but CPCS preferred
- Be prepared to work away as and when required, including frequent nights out, and occasional night work
- Possess a clean driving licence, 6 points or less
- Have a Minimum 5 years Class 2 driving experience
- Have experience of working Nationally, no regional driving experience will be recognised
- Possess a digital tachograph card
- Be well-presented and have good communication skills
- Have a good understanding of drivers hours and regulations
- Have a flexible and understanding approach to industry challenges
Duties include:
- Unloading and loading vehicles on construction sites around England, Scotland and Wales. Materials include (but not limited to) large concrete blocks, scaffolding equipment, fitting bins and panels.
- Assist the installation team on site.
- Completion of daily paperwork during delivery and collection, as well as when unloading in the yard.
- General yard duties as and when required.
- Loading and unloading own vehicle when necessary.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the company vehicle.
