Ideal Recruit is looking for Class 1 trunking drivers with 2 years of experience for a well-established client based in Birmingham. Class 1 work on containers RDC to RDC (trunking). Steady work throughout the year.
Rates of Pay (with holiday pay including):
- Monday to Friday days - £17.37 p/h
- Monday to Friday nights - £18.21 p/h
- Saturday - £19.05 p/h
- Sunday - £20.85 p/h
Break times: 45 minutes unpaid.
Work rota: Mostly on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday but more days could be given depending on the time.
PPE: Safety boots, vis vests, steel toe caps.
You will need to meet the below criteria to be considered for the vacancy:
- HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category CE).
- At least 2 years of experience as a class 1 driver.
- Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card.
- No more than 6 points for minor endorsements.
