Are you a CAD Technician with experience in the civil sector looking to take your career to the next level? This company covers multiple sectors including commercial, R&D, energy and residential, delivering solutions on all aspects of civil and structural engineering, building surveying, transport engineering and geomatics. In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks, including creating CAD drawings and supporting infrastructure design, editing designs for technical submission packs and making any relevant updates and improvements.
THE ROLE:
- Site appraisal and feasibility assessments
- Flood Risk Assessments and flood compensation assessments
- Foul and surface water drainage design and hydraulic modelling
- SuDS design
- Drainage remedial works
- Detailed design packages for Tender and Construction
- Earthworks modelling
- Flood Risk Activity Permits and Ordinary Watercourse Consent applications
- CDM risk and mitigation assessment
- Road Safety Auditing (Stages 1 to 4)
- Servicing / delivery design and management
- Highways design - local authority and private residential / commercial (S38 / 184 / 278)
- Vehicle swept path assessment
- Utility assessment and impact negotiation (C3 & C4 estimates)
