Children’s Home Deputy Manager Full Time – Permanent Salary: Up to £37,600 Hours: * 40 hours per week – Full time * Adhering to a monthly rota * On call duty rota as directed by the homes manager We are seeking a highly-skilled, motivated and experienced candidate for a Children’s Home Deputy Manager position. Our client is a provider of residential children’s services, and they specialise in providing the highest standard of care to Children and Young People. They aim to create a safe, homely environment in which the children and young people feel emotionally & physically secure, and thus facilitates the guidance & the development of their self-esteem and full potential. Working as a Children's Home Deputy Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, providing a safe and secure place for the children to flourish and motivating and supporting a team of support workers and senior support workers to meet the needs of Children and Young People.
