Location: Boughton, Northampton - NN2 8LU
Manpower are looking for Cemetery Operatives to work for our client based out of Boughton, Northampton. You will join the Cemetery Team where you are required to maintain the cemetery grounds, ensuring they remain tidy, well-kept and respectful for visitors and loved ones. Your work will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the cemetery, whilst upholding professionalism, dignity, and care for the environment at all times.
You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and safety checks on all equipment. The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
To succeed, you will need:
- Hold a full valid UK Driving License
- Previous Cemetery experience, grave digging & excavating of graves would be ideal but not essential
- Willingness to learn
- Experience of performance management
