We're looking for a dedicated Catering Supervisor to lead our on-site catering operation. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering high standards in food service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the canteen, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Supervise and support catering staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and customer service
- Manage food and non-food stock ordering, storage, and control
- Ensure strict hygiene standards in compliance with environmental health regulations and company policies
- Deliver food and beverage services in line with customer contracts and expectations
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with the Account Manager
- Contribute to a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Proven supervisory experience in a catering or hospitality environment
- Strong practical cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation
- Good understanding of Health & Safety and Food Safety Management Systems
- Ideally, qualifications including:
- Food Safety Level 3 (or working towards)
- HACCP Level 3 (or working towards)
- IOSH Supervising Safety (desirable)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
