Care Practitioner

We are seeking to recruit Care Practioners as our client seeks to open the doors to their first care home and we are working closely with them to recruit: Care Practitioners (days), Care Practitioners (nights) with Part Time and Full Time Posts available. We are seeking: * People with a genuine passion for working with children, with a focus on making a positive impact on their lives. * Strong communications skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with young people and colleagues. * Resiliance, patience and a "Can Do" attitude, especially when faced with behaviours that can be challenging. * A commitment to contiunous learning and professional development, including working towards level 3 / 4 residential childcare qualifications. * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. * Previous experience in a similar role is desireable but not essential. a caring attitude, a good patient approach, a willingness to learn, a fun person with a good sense of humour and strong values.
