A Campaign Operations Executive is needed to join a fast-growing Motoring Media Network in West End. This content and communications agency pioneers in creating and delivering branded content for the automotive industry through the intelligent use of data and analytics. This role is excellent for a nerdy data cruncher!
The purpose of the role is data and admin support to planning, scheduling and performance monitoring of DOOH campaigns as well as helping to optimise our media inventory and related platforms. The role will be WFH 2 days a week and 3 days from the office (after a three-month probation period). This role offers the potential to develop a career according to one’s talents and interests. The salary is £27-£28k, negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Plan, schedule, and execute campaigns using Salesforce and Broadsign.
- Digital Content Management: Oversee digital content deployment via the Broadsign CMS platform.
- Performance Reporting: Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis across multiple systems, offering data-driven insights.
- Inventory & System Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of i-media’s portfolio, CRM, and mapping tools to support the sales team with accurate insights.
- Booking & Administration: Accurately record client bookings and generate reports for the Sales team.
- Campaign Monitoring: Ensure campaigns are executed effectively by utilising independent third-party verification tools.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support various operational initiatives to enhance campaign delivery and system efficiency.
