CAD Draughtsman/Operator

A privately owned, award winning (NHBC & LABC) House Builder that consistently produces some 400 units a year, on a traditional build basis, in and around the Peterborough/Lincolnshire area. An experienced CAD Operator is required to work within the Technical department and produce detailed drawings of proposed Housing projects, in line with building regs. Experience of CAD and UK regulations is essential. This position comes with a competitive salary and package, which includes but is not limited to an EV with free charging at the office.
