We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales to join our client’s team – ideally in manned guarding – to drive new business and build strong client partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing:- Identifying & securing high-value security contracts
- Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal close
- Building long-term client relationships across key sectors
- Leading proposal & tender submissions
- Collaborating with ops, bids & marketing to ensure seamless delivery
- Reporting on performance using CRM tools
- B2B sales experience in security guarding sales
