The Role: You will hold sales responsibility for new logo accounts across the wider Enterprise sector. It will be up to you to design, develop and implement the sales strategy for Enterprise accounts for the next 3 years. After year one, you will then start to build your team of field/internal sales people to support your business unit. Typical annual contract values are around £2 – 10m per year. When you win an account, you are paid commission for EVERY year they remain a client.
As Business Development Manager/Director, you will be responsible for:
- Winning new logos across various vertical markets.
- Identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling solutions.
- Leading complex sales cycles and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-performance environment.
The Person: It’s likely that you are a proven Enterprise sales person with a track record of winning new logos and exceeding your sales quota. Experience in selling high value services/solutions through a tender process is required.
The Rewards: A basic salary of around £70 – 90,000 is on offer with an OTE of around £140 – 180,000. A full benefits package awaits the successful candidate.
