With recent projects worth over £3 million and a strong pipeline of both inbound enquiries and key client relationships, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of account management and new business development. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across retail, transport, and commercial sectors * Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities * Collaborating with internal teams across fabrication, design, and installation * Leading on complex, bespoke signage projects from concept to delivery What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in business development within the signage industry – particularly architectural or bespoke signage * Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing large project values * Technically capable, especially with complex builds (e.g. airports, totem structures, roadside digital) * Ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline * A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail What’s on Offer: * Salary of £45,000 – £50,000 * Car allowance * Commission structure with % paid on both new business and existing account wins * Supportive team with strong leadership in place This is a unique opportunity to step into a key role with real influence in a business known for delivering high-profile signage projects across the UK and beyond.
