Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate sound, lighting, and AV equipment for events Ensure all rooms are technically ready and meet H&S standards before client arrival De-rig equipment safely and efficiently post-event Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues, clients, and freelancers Perform basic maintenance and repair of AV equipment and cables Keep accurate inventory and report faults or stock issues Ensure safe storage, transportation, and handling of all AV kit Support live-streaming and hybrid event production (vMix, OBS preferred) Provide basic client IT support (Wi-Fi access, video conferencing setup, etc.) Assist in room setup and general portering when needed 🎓 Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with digital audio desks (Yamaha QL, Allen & Heath Qu) Working knowledge of D&B audio systems preferred Familiarity with hybrid platforms: Zoom, Teams, vMix, OBS Basic understanding of video conferencing and streaming technologies Strong communication and client service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live events environment Commitment to safe and tidy work practices
