A national, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience (within a consultancy) to join one of their London teams, based out of offices in Waterloo and offering some WFH.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a cost management team of 30, working under the direction of Senior and Associates across a variety of residential, healthcare, education, and commercial projects. The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the chance to work alongside other Assistants, gain hands-on APC support, and be recognised for your ability – not by your qualifications.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
- Hold at least 2 years Quantity Surveying experience in a consultancy OR
- A Quantity Surveying degree plus 6 months or more related experience
- Preferably working with, or worked for, a QS consultancy practice
- Well spoken, personable, likeable character
- Worked on projects within the built environment (rather than infrastructure, civils etc)
