Assistant Management Accountant Norwich, Hybrid c£35k Keeler Recruitment are working with a reputable business based in the heart of Norwich to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. Team fit is important, as you'll be working closely with and reporting directly to the Finance Manager within a small, collaborative, and close-knit team. The Role: Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions Assisting and processing payruns Preparing monthly journals and supporting general ledger reconciliations Assisting in the preparation of management accounts to trial balance Supporting VAT returns and audit preparation Conducting internal control reviews to support compliance What We're Looking For: AAT qualified or studying ACCA/CIMA Previous experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Good working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, QuickBooks) This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive business, develop in a well-rounded finance role, and take on more responsibility as opportunities arise.
