We are seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our clients growing Asset Management and Digital Asset Management teams based in the South of England. As a leader in infrastructure consultancy, they deliver cutting-edge solutions across the entire asset lifecycle, ranging from Enterprise Asset Management systems to Digital Twins. You’ll work alongside global experts and a Centre of Excellence, helping clients make informed decisions, improve visibility, and unlock the true value of their physical and digital assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of asset management solutions across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Apply Agile methodologies and manage multiple programmes to meet client needs.
- Guide clients through full asset lifecycles with strategic, practical insights.
- Apply international asset management standards (e.g., ISO 55000, IAM).
- Conduct maturity assessments and audits with actionable reporting.
- Leverage innovations like EAM systems and Digital Twins to design impactful solutions.
- Support investment planning and portfolio management strategies.
- Provide strategic guidance in asset planning, design, maintenance and operational management.
- Align digital tools and data analytics to client goals and infrastructure challenges.
- Work closely with clients to build robust business cases and deliver measurable outcomes.
About Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership in engineering, transportation, or utilities sectors.
- Experience with ISO 55000, IAM Anatomy and ideally working towards or holding the IAM Certificate.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with asset management systems (EAM, Digital Twins), project management (Prince2, NEC3/4), and digital tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).
Locations Considered: UK Wide across the south of England. Hybrid working will be offered.
Salary: Up to £65K + Benefits including Bonus, Flexi leave, car allowance, Significant pension & much more.
