Role Purpose & Overview

This position is critical for the efficient operation of the production process. The Production Operator ensures high-quality manufacturing, meets customer expectations, and contributes to the overall success of the team and company. The Production Operator is key to the manufacturing process, ensuring products are built according to design specifications and the production schedule.

This role involves working from technical documents (drawings, schematics, BOM) and identifying process improvements for manager review. Follow technical documentation to build and test products to specification; ensure products are built correctly the first time, meeting high-quality standards; report errors or discrepancies in drawings/BOM. Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and machines. Report any broken or missing items promptly.
