Car Dealership Aftersales Advisor Norwich £29k + Bonus (Dependent on Experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm / 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am – 1pm.

Our client, a well-established and reputable company in the automotive industry, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their team in the Norfolk area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to advance their career in aftersales and contribute to a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise service bookings, accurately assessing customer requirements and managing administration.
  • Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction and ensure high levels of customer retention.
  • Accurately identify customer needs using parts catalogues and computerised stock lists.
  • Promote and sell relevant parts consistently.
  • Maintain a well-presented reception area and ensure all customer areas, including parking spaces, are tidy and welcoming.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to record information accurately.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Confidence in upselling additional work and products.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle layouts, functions, and key components.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
