Position: Commercial Administrator

Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

Details: Full-Time – with flexibility to work a 9-day fortnight, with work from home opportunities

Salary: up to £30,000

Who you’ll be working for… A long-established engineering firm that provides tailored solutions to an international client base, with an emphasis on exceptional customer support. With a commitment to excellence and a people-centric approach, with long-term career stability and progression opportunities, you’ll be joining a local employer of choice.

Job purpose… Providing exceptional administrative support across the various activities of the commercial team; principally centred around the effective management of maintenance and servicing contracts for customers across the UK and Europe. Working within a friendly team of four, you’ll be part of a wider customer support team of 20.

Main responsibilities include…

  • Raising invoices on a monthly or quarterly basis for maintenance and servicing contracts.
  • Provide parts and labour service estimates, obtain purchase orders, and raise invoices for depots throughout Europe.
  • Identify, check, and process free of charge invoices for contract parts issued to service contracts using business ERP system.
  • Identify, check, raise quotations, and invoice for chargeable parts not included within service contracts.
  • Assist in producing and sending Contract Price Indexation letters.
