Our client requires 3-4 Administrators, in a contact centre environment, to look after a new system, fast processing, with good attention to detail and a polite telephone manner.
Excellent customer service skills would be an advantage and the ability to follow any issues through to conclusion.
Hours could be either 8am-4pm, or 9am-5pm, but these can be flexible to suit depending on individual circumstances.
This is initially a temporary role, which can be permanent eventually. There are good transport links available.
