What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
- Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management reports
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines
- Coordinating workflow, setting deadlines, and maintaining efficiency across client engagements
- Liaising with clients, responding to queries, and offering strategic advice
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to identify growth and service opportunities
