- Processing and matching up to 300 invoices per week
- Keeping supplier records and statements accurate and up to date
- Managing company expenses, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
- Investigating purchase ledger queries and liaising with suppliers
- Supporting finance reporting and ensuring seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in an accounts payable or purchase ledger role
- Xero accounting software knowledge
