Wild Recruitment are looking for an experienced Wood Machinist to join our reputable client based near Waterlooville, working in manufacturing and production. Wood machinists play a crucial role in producing timber for items like flooring, kitchen counters, window frames, and more.

Duties of a Wood Machinist:

  • Follow technical drawings and templates to ensure precise measurements and designs.
  • Careful selection of timber / hardwood for the specifications of the project.
  • A very keen eye for detail to ensure quality of the finished product.
  • Maintaining and preparing machinery such as saws and planes.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and maintaining good etiquette in a workshop.
