I am working with a reputable maintenance contractor to recruit a Window Cleaner to join the maintenance team in Bristol.
Duties will include:
- Cleaning windows, frames, sills, and doors using the Reach & Wash system
- High-pressure jet washing of surfaces including patios, driveways, walkways, and buildings
- Gutter and drain cleaning using specialist vacuum equipment
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning with professional grade equipment
- Supporting the wider team with general building and grounds maintenance
- Responding to emergency call-outs during working hours and as part of an out of hours rota
- Accurately recording work completed, including photos and brief reports using mobile systems
You will need:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent trade qualification
- Desirable certifications: IWCA or British Window Cleaning Academy
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)
- Comfortable using IT systems for tracking jobs
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
- A friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check
- Good understanding of health and safety and relevant industry standards

- Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
