Warehouse Operative

Job Overview We are looking for dependable warehouse operatives to join our team across various shift schedules. The selected candidates will be tasked with the unpacking and re packing 15kg bags of compost safely and efficiently, ensuring that deadlines are met and the correct numbers are picked. This position demands a strong work ethic in a fast paced enviroment and the ability to perform multiple tasks, including heavy lifting and collaborating with a team. Key Responsibilities * Load and unload 15kg bags of compost. * Lift and pack large items. * Ensure the safe loading and unloading of all transported goods. Available Shifts * 06:00 – 14:00 * 14:00 – 22:00 * 22:00 – 06:00 Experience Requirements * Previous experience in a warehouse environment is essential, with a demonstrated history of safe working practices. * Familiarity with picking and packing processes is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for managing orders effectively. * Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members.
