Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Based in Danderhall, our mechanics are fully trained to repair and service all makes and models of vehicle, specialising in alignments. We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Receptionist / Service Advisor to become the welcoming face and key point of contact at our busy, customer-focused workshop in Danderhall. This is more than a front-desk role — you’ll be central to creating a positive client experience and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Receptionist / Service Advisor – The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking in customers and jobs (full training provided)
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and care
  • Preparing estimates and managing customer accounts
  • Confirming lead times and updating customers on progress
  • Managing internal invoicing queries
  • Ordering parts and supporting the workshop team
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience

Receptionist / Service Advisor - What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or service advisor role (automotive experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Basic understanding of vehicle parts or willingness to learn
